Hi - I'm Sarah! I created Feel it All Yoga as platform to share my in-person and online offerings and collaborations in the yoga and mindfulness space.
I began practicing yoga in 2009, when a DVD called "Yoga for Inflexible People" helped me discover the transformative power of a healthy mind-body connection. Since 2016, I have been teaching vinyasa and yin yoga to hundreds of students around the world. I added online offerings in 2020 through my podcast, Feel it All - Power Yoga with Sarah.
With an approach that's both spunky and deeply compassionate, I do my best to meet every student exactly where they are, inviting them to lean on their innate strength and creativity to navigate challenges on and off the mat. My classes weave together physical challenge and gentle wisdom, creating space for students to both explore their edge and to rest deeply.
In addition to being a yogi, I'm an avid surfer and a passionate international development professional. Having spent 20 years working to make the world a better place, and chasing waves across the globe, I bring a spirit of adventure to my classes alongside a sense of awe for the power and beauty of this universe we are part of.
I invite my students to find resilience and healing by honoring both their capacity for strength and their need for restoration. Join me on the journey!
